摘　　要：目的分析不同类别抗菌药物后效应,为指导临床合理使抗菌药物提供依据。方法结合笔者临床用药经验并参考相关文献,分析抗菌药物的后效应机制,探讨抗菌药物合理使用方法。结果利用抗菌药物后效应制定合理抗菌药物用药方案,可以有效地治疗病菌感染。结论临床上利用抗菌药物后效应制定合理的药物使用方案具有有积极意义。Objective To analyse clinical antimicrobial effect, provide a basis to guide clinical rational use of antibiotics, and develop effective solutions. Methods Combined with the clinical medication experience and reference for the related literature, the analysis of the after effect mechanism of antibiotics, drug rational use of solution are discussed.Results Clinical applications, the use of antibiotics can effectively treat infections after effect, help the rational use of antibiotics and formulate reasonable regimen.Conclusion Clinically, the use of antibiotics after reasonable drug use effect, has a positive meaning.
