推进南通社会治理能力现代化的若干思考

摘　　要：南通社会治理能力现代化的前提是树立社会治理的科学理念,在分析南通推进社会治理能力现代化的政策背景和现实背景的基础上,得出南通在今后一段时间内要在原有基础、原有模式、原有经验基础上推进社会治理能力现代化的关键所在,即必须以三大原则为保障,以理顺政府与社会关系为核心内容。To establish a scientific concept of social governance presupposes the modernization of social governance capacity of Nantong City. Based on an analysis on the policy and realistic background for Nantong to promote the modernization of social governance capability,the paper pointed out the key to promoting the modernization on the basis of original mode and experiences in the next period of time ;that is ：we should take the three principles as guarantee and straightening out the relationship between government and society as the core.
