摘　　要：目的:观察大柴胡汤联合西药及血液净化预防重症胰腺炎(SAP)合并腹腔间隔室综合征(ACS)的疗效观察。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以大柴胡汤联合西药及血液净化治疗,对照组单纯西药及血液净化,均治疗14d后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论:大柴胡汤预防重症胰腺炎合并腹腔间隔室综合征的疗效明显。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Da Chaihu decoction on preventing severe pancreatitis plus abdominal compartment syndrome. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given the Da Chaihu decoction plus western medicine and blood purification therapy; another was given western medicine plus blood purification therapy. Results： In 14 days, the total efficiency in the treatment group was better. Conclusion： The Da Chaihu decoction was effective on preventing severe pancreatitis plus abdominal compartment syndrome.
