60例芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将118例慢性心力衰竭患者分为两组,对照组58例给予常规治疗,实验组60例于常规治疗基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗。结果:与对照组比较,实验组总有效率较高,其治疗后LVDD及LVEF变化显著,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭,可提高总有效率,有效改善LVDD及LVEF水平。Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of the Qili Qiangxin capsule on chronic heart failure. Methods： 118 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. 58 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment; 60 cases in another group were given the Qili Qiangxin capsule more. Results： The total efficacy in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group, LVDD and LVEF showed obvious change in the experiment group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qili Qiangxin capsule could improve the total efficacy, LVDD and LVEF.
