三黄白榆洗剂治疗肛周湿疹的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肛周湿疹的治疗方法。方法:用三黄白榆洗剂(治疗组)和派瑞松霜(对照组)分别治疗肛周湿疹,并作疗效比较分析。结果:治疗组愈显率为85.92%,总有效率为100%;对照组愈显率为86.76%,总有效率为100%。结论:三黄白榆洗剂和派瑞松霜皆为治疗肛周湿疹的有效方法,三黄白榆洗剂更适于长期用药的选择。Objective： To explore methods of treating perianal eczema. Methods： The treatment group was given the Sanhuang Baiyu lotion; while the control group was given pevisone cream. Results： The cured and markedly effective rate in the treatment group was 85.92%, it was 86.76% in the control; the total efficacy in two groups was 100%. Conclusion： The Sanhuang Baiyu lotion and pevisone cream was effective on perianal eczema, and the Sanhuang Baiyu lotion is more suitable for long-term medication.
