独活寄生汤辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症52例效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中医正骨联合独活寄生汤内服治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将105例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行分组,对照组给予常规中医正骨手法治疗,实验组增加口服独活寄生汤治疗,连续治疗4周末对比临床疗效。结果:实验组治疗后总有效率96.23%明显高于对照组82.69%,x2=5.1263,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医正骨联合独活寄生汤内服治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切,能够通过解除神经根压迫和活血通络等机制改善临床症状与体征,值得临床继续探讨和研究。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese orthopedics combined with oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method： 105 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups by the random number table. Patients in the control group received conventional traditional Chinese orthopedics. Patients in the experimental group, in addition to traditional Chinese orthopedics, were given oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared..Results：The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.23%which was significantly higher than that （82.69%） of the control group, χ^2=5.1263. The difference was statistically significant （P﹤0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese orthopedics combined with oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction was effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. It can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of nerve root compression, and activate blood and unblock meridians. A cotinued exploration and research on it is valuable.
