中医干预治疗腰硬联合麻醉下术后尿潴留60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医干预治疗腰硬联合麻醉下术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将120例腰硬联合麻醉术后尿潴留患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例采用中医干预,包括针刺、灸法、中药3种方法阶梯治疗,对照组60例单纯给予新斯的明肌肉注射治疗。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组71.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗第3 d的残余尿量与第1 d比较明显减少(P<0.05),而对照组改善不明显(P>0.05)。2组间第1、3 d的残余尿量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中医干预治疗术后尿潴留效果确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on patients with urinary retention after combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. Methods 120 patients with urinary retention after combined spinal and epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in control group re- ceived intervention of simply neostigmine muscle injection. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by traditional Chi- nese medicine,including three Methods of acupuncture and moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.00%. That of control group was 71.67%. There was significant differ- ence between two groups on the total effective rate （P 〈 0.05 ）. The residual urine volume of the third day after treatment was significantly reduced as compared with that of the first day after treatment in treatment group （P 〈0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference between that of the first day and the third day on the residual urine volume （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference betweentwo groups on the residual urine volume of the first day and the third day （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Traditional Chi- nese medicine intervention has definite effect on postoperative urinary retention, it is worthy of clinical application.
