妊娠期糖尿病患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ含量检测及其临床价值

摘　　要：目的:研究妊娠期糖尿病患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ含量检测及其临床价值。方法:选取50例未合并靶器官功能损害的妊娠期糖尿病患者纳入对照组、50例合并肾功能损害CKD2期的患者纳入肾功能CKD2期组、50例肾功能损害CKD3期的患者纳入肾功能CKD3期组。比较3组受试者的血浆尾加压素Ⅱ含量以及肾功能指标。结果:3组受试者的血肌酐、血尿素氮水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CKD2期组、CKD3期患者的菊粉清除率低于对照组,血浆尾加压素Ⅱ含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尾加压素Ⅱ含量水平与内生肌酐清除率Cin呈负相关关系。结论:肾功能损害CKD2期、CKD3期时,血浆尾加压素Ⅱ含量发生明显改变,且与Cin水平具有良好的相关性,是早期筛查妊娠期糖尿病患者肾功能损害的理想指标。Objective：To study the content of plasma urotensinⅡ in gestational diabetic patients and its clinical value.Methods：50cases of gestational diabetic patients with no target organs damage were enrolled in control group,50 cases of gestational diabetic patients with renal function stage CKD2 were enrolled in renal function stage CKD2 group,50cases of gestational diabetic patients with renal function stage CKD3 were enrolled in renal function stage CKD3 group.Plasma urotensinⅡ content and renal function indices of three groups were compared.Results：There were no significant difference in serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen among the three groups（P〈0.05）;clearance inulin rate of CKD stage 2and CKD stage 3groups were lower than that of control group,plasma urotensinⅡ content of CKD stage 2and CKD stage 3groups were higher than of control group;plasma urotensin Ⅱcontent were negatively correlated with clearance inulin rate,determination coefficient was 0.9272.Conclusion：T plasma urotensinⅡ is an ideal index to reflect renal function impairment for its level significantly changes in renal damage CKD stage 2and stage 3and has good correlation with Cin.
