山东电力调度电话交换网建设原则探讨

摘　　要：随着智能电网的不断发展和完善,在电力调度电话交换网中应用软交换技术是大势所趋,在此背景下,文章对山东调度电话交换网现状进行了分析,指出存在的问题并对软交换技术进行介绍,在此基础上,对山东电力调度电话交换网的建设原则进行了探讨,归纳出5个方面建设原则,即分布式部署、1+1容灾建设、市县一体化统筹建设、软交换承载网多样化和调度安全性,为山东电网有计划地应用软交换技术提供了参考。With the development and improvement of smart grid, application of soft switching technology in electric power dispatching exchange network is the general trend. Under such background, this paper firstly analyzes present situation of Shandong electric power dispatching exchange network and figures out the existing problems. Secondly, soft switching technology is introduced. And on the above basis, construction principles of Shandong electric power dispatching telephone exchange network are discussed and 5 principles are summed up, namely distributed deployment, 1＋1 disaster recovery construction, construction with integration of city and county, soft switching multi-bearer network, dispatching safety. This paper provides reference for applying soft switching technology in Shandong grid.
