摘  要:随着电网公司发展方式的转变,对生产成本中重要组成部分的购电业务提出了精细化管理的目标,因此企业决策层领导和经营部门对掌握不同口径下购电成本提出更高的要求。为了适应购电业务的发展变化,有效地掌握企业购电成本,为企业购电决策提供依据,文章提出了建立基于数据仓库技术的多口径购电成本分析系统的设计思路,从购电成本数据仓库的架构入手,阐述了系统的整体架构;对设计过程进行说明,并着重对多口径业务的需求以及建模方法进行分析;详细描述了多层ETL汇集不同层次数据的技术方案以及前端展示交互UI界面。系统在浙江与冀北电力公司投入运行后,在购电业务的分析和掌握购电成本变化趋势方面效果明显。With the transformation of development mode in the grid company, the power purchase business is an important part of the cost of production, which is given the fine management objectives. Enterprise decision-makers and management department put forward higher requirements to grasp multi-statistical purchasing costs. In order to adapt to the change of power purchase business, effectively enterprise grasp purchase cost, and provide basis for enterprise purchasing strategy, this paper proposes the establishment approach of multi-statistical electricity cost analysis system based on data warehouse technology. The general system architecture is described from the electricity purchasing cost data warehouse architecture and the design process are described, the multi-statistical business requirements and the modeling method are analyzed in detail, and a detailed description of the technical scheme using multilayer ETL to gather different hierarchical data and display method of interactive U1 interface are presented. The applications of system in Zhejiang and Jibei Electric Power Company show the obvious effect in the power purchase business analysis and grasping the power purchase cost trend.
