护理风险管理在产科的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨护理风险管理在产科的临床应用效果。方法:随机选取2013年1月-2014年1月笔者所在医院接诊的110例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组予以护理风险管理,比较两组护理质量评分、护理风险发生情况及患者满意度。结果:观察组护理质量总分为(97.2±1.2)分,高于对照组的(86.8±2.3)分,观察组护理风险事件发生率、护理纠纷发生率、投诉率低于对照组,患者护理满意度为96.4%,高于对照组的70.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理可有效提高护理质量和患者满意度,避免护理风险事件发生,具有非常积极的临床应用价值。Objective：To analyze the clinical application effect of nursing risk management in the obstetric.Method：110 cases of maternal in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Jan 2014 were randomly selected,according to the number table method were divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional nursing management,the observation group was treated with nursing risk management,the nursing quality score,nursing risk happening and patient satisfaction of two group were compared.Result：The nursing quality score of the observation group was（97.2±1.2）,it was higher than control group（86.8±2.3）,the incidence of nursing risk events,nursing disputes and complaints of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the patient＇s satisfaction was 96.4%,it was higher than control group＇s 70.9%,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing risk management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction,to avoid nursing risk events occur,and has clinical application value very positive.
