呼吸内科老年患者医院感染因素分析与预防措施

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸内科老年患者医院感染因素及预防措施,有效降低呼吸内科老年患者感染率。方法选择2011年1月-2012年1月呼吸内科收治的82例呼吸系统感染老年患者为研究对象,采取回顾性调查法对呼吸内科老年患者医院感染的单因素进行分析,将单因素自变量进行赋值,再对多因素进行logistic回归分析,采用SPSSl0.0软件对数据进行处理。结果单因素与多因素logistic回归分析显示,82例呼吸内科老年患者的感染因素有:自身呼吸系统功能降低、体内真菌生长繁殖、侵入性操作、护理措施不完善、吸烟、微量元素缺乏等,其中自身呼吸系统功能降低79例占96.34%,真菌感染66例占80.49%、侵入性操作22例占26.83%、护理措施不完善20例占24.39%、吸烟16例占19.51%、微量元素缺乏11例占13.41%。结论呼吸内科老年患者诱发感染的因素众多,及时、有效预防措施,是降低呼吸内科老年患者感染发生的关键。OBJECTIVE To investigate factors for hospital infections in elderly patients in the department of respiration so as to reduce incidence rates of infections in such patients.METHODS Totally 82 elderly patients associated with respiratory infections admitted in the department of respiration in Jan.2011 to Jan.2012 were selected as the research subjects.A retrospective survey was taken for the univariate analysis of hospital infections in the elderly patients.The single factor was assigned and the multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed.The SPSS l0.0statistical software was used for statistical data analysis and processing.RESULTS The univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the infection factors for 82 elderly patients included reduced respiratory function,in vivo fungal growth and reproduction,invasive procedures,imperfect care measures,smoking,lack of trace elements.There were reduced respiratory function in 79cases（96.34%）,fungal infection in 66cases（80.49%）,invasive procedures in 22cases（26.83%）,imperfect care measures in 20cases（24.39%）,smoking in 16cases（19.51%）,and lack of trace elements in 11cases（13.41%）.CONCLUSION As there are many factors inducing infections in the elderly patients,timely and effective preventive measures are the key to reduce the incidence of infections in the elderly patients.
