摘  要:目的探究感染及出血患者采用冷沉淀疗法的临床效果。方法选取2009年1-7月感染及出血患者各21例,均采用冷沉淀治疗方法;出血患者监测其血压、凝血酶原时间(PT)、血小板(PLT)等指标,感染患者监测其纤维蛋白(Fn)、脉搏、白细胞计数等指标变化,数据均采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果使用冷沉淀疗法患者出血明显减少,凝血酶原时间由(31.47±11.65)s降低至(14.98±4.12)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血小板计数稍有增加,引流物量由(168±45)ml/h降低至(81±27)ml/h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染患者体内白细胞计数明显减少,体温由(38.10±0.70)℃降至(37.50±0.40)℃,纤维蛋白含量明显增加且脉搏恢复平稳。结论冷沉淀应用于感染及出血患者治疗中有很好的临床效果,可有效减少输血量和抗菌药物使用量。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of cryoprecipitate in treating patients with infection and bleeding.METHODS Patients with infection and bleeding of each 21 cases during Jan.to Jul.2009 were selected and all received cryoprecipitate treatment.Bleeding patients indicators including blood pressure,prothrombin time and platelet were monitored.Meanwhile 21 cases of infection patients during the same period were selected to monitor changes in fibronectin,pulse and white blood cell count.Data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 19.0.RESULTS The bleeding amount decreased obviously in patients who received cryoprecipitate treatment,the prothrombin time decreased from 31.47±11.65 sto 16.98±4.12 s,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The number of platelet increased slightly and the drainage amount decreased from 168±45ml/h to 81±27ml/h,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The white blood cell count in infection patients reduced obviously,their temperature recovered from(38.10±0.70)℃ to(37.50±0.40)℃,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Fibronectin of patients increased obviously and pulse recovered to a normal level.CONCLUSION Cryoprecipitate had good effects in treating patients with infection and bleeding,it can decrease transfusion amount and usage of antibiotics.
