摘  要:目的探讨吸引头类金属管腔器械批量清洗的流程和方法,提高器械清洗质量及工作效率。方法将吸引头类金属管腔器械1 650根随机分为试验组850根和对照组800根,分别采用手工预处理+超声清洗机+全自动清洗消毒器管腔清洗架机械批量清洗和手工清洗+超声清洗机清洗两种方法,比较两组器械清洗后的返洗率、干燥合格率以及批量处理时间、工作人员满意度,采用SPSS13.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果器械返洗率试验组为1.88%、对照组为11.87%;干燥合格率试验组为99.41%、对照组为86.37%;试验组单人批量处置50根吸引头类金属管腔器械时间为(30.35±1.16)min,较对照组(65.87±1.54)min缩短;工作人员对不同清洗方法满意率试验组为98.26%、对照组为68.18%,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手工预处理+超声清洗机+全自动清洗消毒器管腔清洗架进行吸引头类金属管腔器械的机械批量清洗,提高了器械清洗质量及工作效率,降低了工作人员劳动强度。OBJECTIVE To investigate the batch cleaning processes and methods for metal lumen devices with suction head to improve cleaning quality and efficiency.METHODS A total of 1650 metal lumen devices with suction head were randomly divided into the experimental group with 850 pieces and the control groups with 800 pieces.The cleaning processes were manual pretreatment+ automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine+ automatic washer-disinfector and manual pretreatment + automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine for the two groups respectively.Both groups were compared on return wash rate,drying effect,processing time and staff satisfaction.RESULTS Returned wash rate was 1.88%for the test group and 11.87%for the control group;good drying effect was 99.41%for the test group and 86.37%for the control group;bulk processing time(50sets)were 30 minutes for the test group but 65 minutes for the control group;staff satisfaction rate were 98.26%for the test group and 68.18% was for the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The cleaning process:manual pretreatment+ automatic ultrasonic cleaning+ automatic washer-disinfector is effective to improve cleaning quality and working efficiency,and reduce labor intensity for the metal lumen instruments as suction heads.
