消化内镜消毒后不同存放时间及地点细菌污染监测研究

摘　　要：目的对临床使用消化内镜消毒存放后细菌污染状况进行调查监测,了解内镜存放后细菌学指标以及不同存放环境对内镜细菌数的影响。方法 2012年11月-2013年6月对消毒后胃镜、肠镜进行采样检测;随机放置于镜房、镜柜内,存放15、63h后,再次对内镜进行采样检测;同时,监测镜房、镜柜内温度、湿度,空气及物体表面细菌菌落数。结果存放后内镜共采样174份,细菌超标9份,超标率为5.17%,超标9份均为存放63h后内镜,存放15h内镜全部合格,未检出致病菌;镜房空气、物体表面、内镜表面合格率分别为93.60%、97.80%、96.59%,镜柜空气、内镜表面合格率均为100.00%,内镜合格率为93.02%。结论消毒后内镜存放15h细菌超标率极低,使用前不用再次消毒;若存放时间≥63h,则存在细菌数超标,建议使用前应进行消毒,镜房、镜柜均可用于内镜存放,但应对存放条件进行监控。OBJECTIVE To research the bacterial contamination of gastrointestinal endoscopes at different storage times and in different places through continuously sampling and monitoring.METHODS The disinfected gastroscopes and colonoscopes were stored randomly in the endoscopy closet and the storage cabinet,then were assayed after being stored for 15 h,63h.At the same time,the temperature,humidity,bacterial contamination of the air and the surface of the closet and the cabinet were monitored.RESULTS There were 9positive assays exceeding bacterial limit from 174samples（the over-limit rate 5.17%）.The 9positive assays were all from samples stored for 63 h,including 5gastroscopes and 4colonoscopes.The samples that stored for 15 hwere all qualified without pathogens detected.The qualified rates of the storage room,object surfaces,and the surface of the endoscope were 93.60%and 97.80%,and 96.5%,respectively,the qualified rates of the air in the closet and the surface of the endoscope were all 100.00%,and the qualified rate was 93.02%.CONCLUSION It is unnecessary to re-disinfect endoscopes within 15 hafter standard processing as the over-limit rate is extremely low after disinfection.But it is necessary to re-disinfect when it is stored for 63 has the situation of over bacterial limit may occur.It is suggested to disinfect before usage.Cabinet and closet are all suitable for storage of endoscopies,but the condition of storage should be controlled.
