摘 要:目的选择更适合用于器械预处理浸泡的多酶清洗剂。方法两种不同多酶清洗剂按照说明书进行配置,分别浸泡相同数量、类型的器械,浸泡时间相同,使用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光检测法测定不同时间的浸泡液中的相对光单位(RLU),以及浸泡过后的器械上的RLU,并进行对比。结果两种浸泡液中的RLU检测值差异明显,普通多酶浸泡液中的RLU随着时间的延长迅速增长,60min内检测ATP得到的RLU<600,但是90min后检测得到的RLU数值迅速增加至>1 000,240min时RLU数值已经>2 000;ANIOSYME DD1多酶浸泡液的增长缓慢,240min内检测ATP得到的RLU值均<600;ANIOSYME DD1多酶浸泡液使用240min内,浸泡的器械RLU均<2 000。结论 ANIOSYME DD1多酶清洗剂是一种理想的预处理清洗剂,既能提高最终的清洗效果,有效避免器械间的交叉污染,又能保障人员的安全。OBJECTIVE To choose a more suitable multi-enzyme detergent for preprocessing of instruments.METHODS Two kinds of multi-enzyme detergents were respectively diluted in accordance with instructions,then the same number and type of instruments were respectively soaked in the two kinds of detergents for the same time,the relative light units(RLU)of the soaking solution were determined at different time with the use of ATP bioluminescence assay and compared with the RLU of the instruments after being soaked.RESULTS The test value of RLU varied significantly in the two kinds of soaking solutions,the RLU in the common multi-enzyme soaking solution was increased rapidly with the time;the result of the ATP bioluminescence assay showed that the RLU was less than 600 within 60min,90 min later increased to more than 1 000,and 240 min later surpassed 2 000.The RLU in the ANIOSYME DD1multi-enzyme soaking solution was increased slowly,the result of the ATP bioluminescence assay showed that the RLU was less than 600 within 240min;with the use of ANIOSYME DD1multi-enzyme soaking solution for less than 240 min,the RLU of the soaked instruments was less than 2 000.CONCLUSIONS The ANIOSYME DD1multi-enzyme detergent is an ideal cleaning detergent for the preprocessing of instruments and can not only improve the cleaning effect and prevent the cross contamination between the instruments but also ensure the safety of the personnel.
