吉林省黑木耳产业发展问题及对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,黑木耳产业发展迅速,为吉林省农业的产业化发展和农民收入的持续增加做出了突出的贡献。但在发展过程中,也存在着产业链条短、附加值不高、市场监管不到位、资源消耗和环境污染现象日渐突出等问题。该研究对吉林省黑木耳产业发展存在的问题及优势进行了分析,从而提出了培育龙头企业,推进集约化生产,完善市场环境,加大监管力度,加大科技支撑,提高产品科技含量等利于吉林省黑木耳产业发展的对策。In recent years,the black-fungus industry is developing rapidly,it has made the prominent contribution for the industrialization development of Jilin＇s agriculture and increasing farmers＇ income.However,in the process of development,it＇s exist some problems,such as short industry chain,the additional value is not high,market supervision does not reach the designated position,the increasingly prominent phenomenon of resource consumption and environmental pollution problems and so on.The existing problems in the development of black-fungus industry in Jilin province and advantages were analyzed in this article,and put forward the countermeasures of development of Jilin blackfungus industry,such as the developing leading enterprises,promote the intensive production,improve the market environment,strengthen supervision,increase science and technology support,improve product technology content and so on.
