摘　　要：本文从非均衡的视角对农村图书馆发展进行研究。当前影响农村图书馆均衡供给的主要因素有国家财政投入、供给与需求的不平衡、经济发展程度、人才结构。而要使农村图书馆得到均衡发展必须统筹城乡公共服务,加大对农村图书馆的资源支持、由"单中心"的供给模式向"多中心"的供给模式转变、建立农民利益需求表达机制、构建人才开发及激励机制。This paper researches the development of rural library under the unbalanced vision. At present, the main factors influencing the rural library balanced are the financial input, imbalance of supply and demand, the degree of economic development and talent structure. And to make the rural library to get balanced development must overall planning urban and rural public services, increase support for rural library resources, change the supply mode from ＂one center＂ to ＂multi-center＂, establish peasants interests demand expression mechanism, and construct talent development and incentive mechanism.
