摘　　要：本文以Innography专利检索系统为基础,结合中国国家知识产权局专利检索与服务系统,通过计量分析、聚类分析、对比分析等方法,对河南省4所综合类大学的国内外专利申请量、有效专利量、活跃发明人和国际专利分类等进行分析,从专利的角度给出了这4所大学的科学技术研究状况、研究水平和发展趋势。为地方政府或相关科研管理机构提供客观准确的专利发展信息,为相关部门制定科技政策、调整基础研究和应用研究的科技投入比率提供辅助参考。Based on the Innography patent retrieval system, this paper analyses the domestic and overseas applied patent quantity, effective patent quantity, active inventors and international classification of patents of four universities in Henan combining with the patent search and service system of State Intellectual Property Office of the P. R. C, and using various analysis such as quantitative analysis, clustering analysis and comparative analysis. The results show the science and technology research status, research level and development trend of these universities, which provide objective, accu- rate information of the patent development, and provide reference to adjust science and technology input ratio of basic research and applied research, and formulate science and technology oolicv for local governments or institutions.
