我院2008-2012年中药注射剂应用分析

摘　　要：目的:为临床合理应用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:对我院2008-2012年中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDC)和排序比进行统计。结果:2008-2012年,我院中药注射剂销售金额、中成药销售金额和用药总金额均呈上升趋势,但中药注射剂占中成药销售金额比例、中药注射剂占全部用药金额比例均处于下降趋势。5年来用于心血管系统的祛瘀剂在用药品种、销售金额和DDDs方面稳居首位,DDC以抗肿瘤中药注射剂排序最高。结论:2008-2012年,我院中药注射剂的临床使用基本合理,但仍应高度重视其安全隐患,严格按说明书使用,保障患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS：The utilization of TCM injections in during 2008-2012 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and order ratio. RESULTS：The consumption sum of TCM injections,the consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine and total consumption sum in our Hospital showed an upward trend during 2008-2011. the proportion of consumption sum of TCM injection in Chinese patent medicine and the drug consumption sum showed a downward trend. The drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs of the stasis-removing agent for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases ranked the first in recent 5 years. The anti-tumor TCM injections took the lead in the list of DDC. CONCLUSION：The use of TCM injections in our hospital during 2008-2012 is basically rational. However,we should continue attach great importance to safety problems,use TCM injections in strict accordance with drug instructions to protect patients medication safety.
