摘　　要：以安徽省师范类高校的体育专选为着眼点,以文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法为主要研究方法,从就业市场需求、兴趣爱好、自身水平和身体条件、学校的软硬件设施等方面对安徽省师范类高校体育专业学生专项选择的动机进行了剖析,结果表明:就业市场需求是影响专项选择的最主要动机,兴趣爱好和自身条件也有较大影响.这就要求学校方面要不断开拓就业面,提升学校的师资力量和硬件设施,同时,学校也要注重新兴专项的发展,让专业培养面更合理.Based on the anhui normal university sports specially selected as the starting point , by the method of documentary , expert interview , questionnaire survey , mathematical statistics method as the main research methods , from the employment market needs , interests, and their own level and body condition , school of software and hardware facilities of anhui normal university sports professional students , analyzes the motivation for the choice of the special investigation results show that the employment market demand is the most main motivation affect special choice, interests, and also has a great influence on their own conditions .This requires schools to expand the employment , promote the school＆#39;s faculty and hardware facilities , at the same time , the school also should pay attention to the development of new special , let professional training is more reasonable .
