摘　　要：从文化资源的新视角与城市整体的宽视域重新审视碎片式历史地段与城市发展间的相互关系。在历史地段资源综合价值评估的基础上,通过建构两者之间关联性耦合模型,探索其在社会、经济、文化、空间等不同层面的多元耦合路径,以实现历史地段的转型再生,形成针对碎片式历史地段与城市整体耦合发展的遗产保护理论,指导旧城更新与遗产保护实践。The article re-examine the study object from the new perspective of cuhural resources and collaborative development theories, propose a fragmented historic district coupling mechanism with urban development. Through comprehensive assessment of resource value, adaptive coupling development model construction, specific coupling paths exploring, the project will finally put up an initiative coupling mechanism based on the concepts of transformation and regeneration in order to guide fragmented historic districts conservation practiee and enrich theories and approaches of the existing urban renewal and heritage preservation.
