摘　　要：结合山西省经济社会发展状况,在肯定全省近年来自主创新取得成效的基础上,指出科技发展中存在的自主创新能力弱、创新型人才资源供给不足、推进科技进步的机制不完善等问题,提出了增强自主创新能力的对策建议。Connecting with the development status of the society and economy in Shanxi Province, and based on confirming the results achieved in independent innovation in whole Shanxi in recent years, this paper points out some problems existing in sci-tech development such as the poor capability of independent innovation, the short supply of innovative talent resources, and the imperfect mechanism of promoting sci-tech progress, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the capability of independent innovation.
