摘　　要：以川北医学院为例,详细介绍了医学信息人才的复合型培养模式,即采取层级式信息素养课程设置、组织开放式社会实践活动、实施教师信息素养继续教育、建设信息教育资源平台,以提高医学信息人才培养质量和水平。Taking North Sichuan Medical College as an example, this paper makes a detailed introduction to a compound model for the cultivation of medical information talents, that is to adopt the hierarchical information literacy course installation,organize the open social practice activities, implement the continuing information literacy education for teachers, and constructing the information literacy education resources platform to improve the quality of the cultivation of medical information talents.
