摘　　要：地方政府不同的政策水平和政策执行力是铜文化创意产业园取得成功的关键,必须充分理解和认识铜文化创意产业园创意产业的功能,加快铜文化创意产业管理者素质的改进和入住厂商的经营水平,发挥创意产业的规模和集群效应,建立和完善铜文化创意产业园区文化产业发展活力。政府相关政策和铜文化创意产业是铜文化创意产业链的两个元素的主要贡献者,只有铜文化创意产业园区规划与建设接受完全理性思维的指导,才能真正实现产业园区整体环境的优化,在充分借鉴发达地区成功经验的基础上,实现铜文化创意产业园区的持续稳定健康发展。copper culture creative industry park, success depends on how the government from different policies to encourage, promote the rapid growth of market main body of copper of cultural and creative industries, and play a clustering effect,cultivate the creative market, to build and improve the copper culture creative industry chain, form industrial development community energetic. The government and thecopper culture creative industry body, only by fully understanding the copper cultural and Creative Industrial Park industrial agglomeration function, the copper culturecreative industry chain, to copper culture creative industry park planning and construction of a sufficient rational thought. Should be based on local conditions, make full use of domestic and foreign successful cases, in order to realize the sustainable development of cultural and creative industry park of copper.
