摘　　要：网络既是各种不同意见自我表达和相互角力的平台,也成为国内外敌对势力插手我国事务、发挥其影响力伺机进行煽动的重要工具。本文通过对比网络舆情预警研判机制,比较分析新疆网络舆情预警存在的问题,旨在建立健全新疆网络舆情预警,及时发现情报线索,在此基础上对将要发生的影响社会安全与稳定的事件及时发出警报,预先采取措施,将其危害降低到最小,从而为新疆安全稳定和跨越式发展保驾护航。Network is both different views of selfexpression and mutual wrestling platform has become hostile forces intervene in our affairs at home and abroad, exert its influence to incite Qpportunistic important tool. In this paper, by comparing the network public opinion and to early warning mechanism, the comparative analysis of xinjiang network early warning of problems, to establish and improve the network early warning in xinjiang, timely find intelligence clues, on this basis to influence social security and stability of events that will occur timely warning, take measures in advance, will reduce to a minimum, its harm to escort the safe and stable and leapfrog development in xinjiang.
