介入及药物治疗对非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者左室心功能的影响

摘　　要：【目的】比较非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死(non—ST segment elevationmyocardialinfarction,NSTEMI)患者介入治疗及药物治疗疗效。【方法】选取2011年1月-2012年3月因NSTEMI入院且符合条件入组的患者121例。将同意行介入治疗的患者分为介入治疗组101例(介入治疗组),符合入组条件因各种原因而未行介入治疗仅以药物保守治疗的患者20例(药物治疗组)。比较两组患者不同方案治疗前后左室舒张末径(left ventricular diastolicdiameter,LVDd)、左室射血分数(left ventrieular ejection fraction,LVEF),评价介入治疗与药物保守治疗对患者左室心功能的影响。【结果】两组患者的临床特征、术前LVDd、LVEF均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后6个月随访时,介入治疗组LVDd(50.91±4.91)mm、LVEF(59.86±5.84)%改善率显著优于药物治疗组LVDd(57.05±5.06)mm、LVEF(54.86±6.45)%(P<0.01)。【结论】对于非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征患者,介入治疗疗效优于药物治疗。【Objective】To compare the non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction（NSTEMI） patients treated with interventional therapy or drug therapy,and to investigate the clinical efficacy of different treatments.To study the effects of left ventricular cardiac function among the different treatment options,for selection of treatment for patients with more,objective,basis.【 Methods 】 A total of 121 eligible cases admitted into hospital due to NSTEMI from January 2011 to March 2012 were selected.All patients who were eligible and agreed to undergo the interventional therapy,including lOlcases,and the patients due to different reasons out of interventional therapy were treated by simple drug therapy were 20 cases.LVDd and LVEF of different treatment in the two groups after different therapy were compared and the effect of interventional therapy and drug therapy were evaluated.【Results】 The clinical characleristics,preoperative LVDd and LVEF among the patients of the two groups were no statistical different（P 〉0.05）.According lo the follow-up visit for 6months after treatment,the interventional therapy group was superior to the drag therapy group to the change of LVDd and LVEF（P〈 0.01）.【Conclusion 】The interventional therapy is superior to the drug therapy for NSTE-ACS.
