复方氟米松软膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗神经性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察复方氟米松软膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。【方法】门诊患者80例,随机分成两组,对照组给予复方氟米松软膏外涂患处。治疗组给与复方氟米松软膏外涂联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液0.5mg(1支)隔日1次肌注,1个月为1疗程,观察两组治疗1个月和停药3个月的疗效。【结果】治疗30 d后治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为85%和72.5%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药3个月后的总有效率分别为90%和62.5%。两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】复方氟米松软膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗神经性皮炎治疗效果好,且复发率降低。【Objective】To observe the effect of compound flumetasone ointment combined with Bacillus Calmette- Guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment of neurodermatitis.【Method】 A total of 80 cases of out patients were randomly divided into two groups.In control group compound flumetasone ointment was applied to the affected area.In treatment group compound flumetasone ointment the affected area Bacillus Calmette-Guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid injection 0.5 mg.Intramuscularly every other day,one month as a course.Curative effect was observed 1 and 3 months after the discontinuation of treatment.【 Results 】 The total effect rate of the two groups one months later was 85%（treatment group） and 72.5%（control group） respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.3 months later the total effective rate was 90%（treatment group） and 62.5%（control group） respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.【 Conclusion 】 The effect of curative effect of compound flumetasone ointment combined with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment is good,and the recurrence rate is decreased.
