过程管理模式在心脏介入治疗围手术期护理中的探索与实践

摘　　要：【目的】通过对心脏介入治疗围手术期护理"过程管理"模式进行探索与研究,摸索出一套适合介入治疗患者全程、安全、舒适、优质的护理模式。【方法】以2012年1月—6月我科140例心脏介入治疗患者为对照组,围手术期实施常规护理;以2013年1月—6月我科290例心脏介入治疗患者为观察组,围手术期护理实施过程管理模式,比较两组介入治疗后并发症的发生率、患者平均住院日、9个月造影复查率情况及患者满意度等。【结果】与对照组比较,应用过程管理模式护理后,观察组有效降低了心脏介入并发症(P<0.01或P<0.05),缩短平均住院日[观察组为(6.8±4.3)d,对照组为(10.6±7.4)d],减少患者住院费用,增加9个月造影复查率(观察组为30.69%,对照组为11.43%),最终提高患者对护理工作的满意度(观察组为98.28%,对照组为92.86%)(P<0.01或P<0.05)。【结论】过程管理模式在护理工作中的应用提高了护理服务质量,进而提高了心脏介入治疗患者的满意度。【Objective】Through the exploration and research of “process management” model for intervention of perioperative cardiac care.We find out a whole set of safe,comfortable and high quality care model suitable for patients undergoing coronary interventional therapy.【Methods 】140 patients undergoing PCI presenting consecutively to our department in Januaiy to June,2012,were enrolled as control group and given routine nursing,while another 290 cases who hospitalized in Januaiy to June,2013,as experiment group and given process management model.The criterionscompared between two group were the incidence of complication,average days of hospitalization,9 months angiographical reexamination and patients＇ satisfaction.【Results】 Compared with the control group,the experiment group had a lower complications of PCI（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,average days of hospitalization reduced（6.8 ± 4.3） days vs.（10.6 ± 7.4） days and higher rate of 9 months angiograhical reexamination（30.69%vs.11.43%）,therefore,palients＇ satisfaction for nursing were ultimatelyimproved（98.28 vs.92.86%）（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】 Application of process management mode can improve the satisfaction of patients,increase social benefit and economic benefit,and received good results.
