摘  要:回顾了近十年来我国电解铝行业的发展历程,总结了行业发展现状、行业政策及环保技术进步。基于铝工业布局、技术现存的主要问题。从环境保护出发,提出充分考虑环境承载力,合理布局电解行业,提高铝行业清洁生产技术和装备水平;提高电解烟气集气效率和净化效率,加大电解烟气净化系统治理力度;杜绝高硫石油焦进入电解铝行业,采用高效率脱硫净化技术治理煅烧炉烟气;确保环保设施高效、稳定运行。The development laistory of-aluminum-industry in China is reviewed in the past 10 years, and the status and policy of aluminum industry and technology development of environmental protection are summarized. Based on current main problems of aluminum industrial distribution and technical lev- el, the countermeasures are proposed from environmental protection, which are to fully think out environmental carrying capacity, to rationally distribute aluminum industry, to improve the technology and equipment level of cleaner production, to improve hooding and purification efficiency, to improve treatment capacity of pot fume scrubbing system; to put an end to high sulfur petroleum into aluminum industry, to adopt high efficiency desulfurization purification technology to treat the gas from calcinations furnace, to ensure stable and high efficiency running of environmental protection facilities.
