摘  要:本文对大唐国际再生资源公司一次洗涤液固分离过程中采用的翻盘过滤机滤布再生的最佳条件及其机理进行了研究。研究表明:造成滤布结硬,过滤性能下降的结疤主要成分为CaCO3、Na96Al96Si96O384和Al(OH)3。采用碱煮和酸煮均可对滤布结疤进行溶解,使滤布得到很好的再生。结合再生资源的碱法工艺的整体现状,本文建议:采用浓度为20%氢氧化钠溶液在90℃下碱煮5个小时对滤布进行再生,以达到降低滤布消耗,降低生产成本的效果。The best recycling conditions and their mechanism of recycling cloth of tihing pan filters in Datang International Recycling Resource Develop- ment Co, Ltd. were discussed in this paper, which was used for the tilting pan filters during the liquid - solid separation of first washing. It was shown that the main phases hardening filter cloth and declined the filter performance were CaCO3 , NaA1SiO4 and Al(OH) 3. Both alkali cooking and acid digestion could dissolve CaCO3 , Na96A196Si960384 and Al(OH)3 ,and could make filter cloth recycle. Combining with the status, it was suggested that the filter cloth could be recycled with 20% sodium hydroxide solution at 90℃ for 5 hours to reduce the filter cloth consumption and production cost.
