摘　　要：预焙阳极底部开槽因其具有优良的性质已经成为国内外铝用炭阳极生产的趋势。本文主要为解决成型开槽阳极存在的上下质量存在差别质量问题,从预焙阳极生产的工艺特性着手,提出了成型开槽阳极生产质量的控制和措施,生产均质预焙阳极,并达到降低开槽阳极生产成本的目的。Slotted prebaked anodes become the trend of anode production for aluminum beeause of its excellent perfurmance for energy saving, redueing pollutams discharge and cost, keeping aluminum reduction process stable. In this paper, in order to solve current problems of difference quality between up- per and bottom of slotted prebaked anodes during molding,controlling production quality and measures of molding slotted prebaked anodes are proposed to produce prebaked anodes with uniform quality and to reduce the production costs.
