摘 要:随着预焙阳极电解槽容量的增加,单个电解系列产能已经达到40~50万吨/年,每套电解烟气净化系统处理的烟气量也相应地增加,达到2,000,000m3/h,甚至更多,电解车间和烟囱氟化物排放指标也面临更高的环保要求。为更好地控制电解铝厂污染物排放,对影响电解车间无组织排放的管路系统和影响烟囱污染物排放的布袋除尘器、反应器等进行了模拟优化,以提高电解槽的捕集效率,减少车间无组织排放,提高干法净化系统的净化效果、降低净化系统的能耗和氧化铝破损率。With high amperage of Point - Feeder and Point Breaker(PFPB) pot technology, the capacity of the potline has increased to 400,000 - 500, 000t aluminum annually. The fume from pot rooms has increased to 2,000,000m3/h and even more. There is a great challenge for dry scrubbing system to deal with a large amount of fumd and meet strict ecological and environmental criterions. In order to control pollutant emission from smelters, the bag filter, the reactor and the duct system for the dry, scrubbing system are simulated. With the improvement of fume distribution in bag filter and good distribution of fume between different modules, and good distribution of alumina in reactor, a more effective dry scrubbing system with lower power consumption and less attrition of alumina is achieved.
