三峡库区森林资源动态评价

摘　　要：以三峡库区森林资源为研究对象,构建评价指标体系,对三峡库区水利枢纽工程建设前期、建设后期,以及可达到的预期目标状态的森林资源进行评价,结果表明:三峡水利枢纽工程建设前期,库区森林资源状态处于中级水平。由于国家在开工建设三峡水利枢纽工程的同时,先后在三峡库区实施了长江流域防护林工程等重点生态工程,提高了库区森林的面积、蓄积及其生态功能,在三峡库区水利枢纽工程建设后期,森林资源达到了良级水平。通过加大投入、加快林业工程建设等,可使将来的库区森林资源达到优级水平,为三峡库区水利枢纽工程安全运行提供生态保障。Forest resources in three gorges reservoir area were taken as objects to structure index system , and to precede forest resources dynamic evaluation in earlier stage , later stage and future stage of key water -control project in Three Gor-ges Reservoir Region .The results indicated that the forest resource was in the medium -level at earlier stage .Due to eco-system construction projects have gradually improved the forest area , accumulation and ecological function of reservoir area , the forest resource reached the good -level at later stage .In order to provide ecological security to safe operation of key wa-ter-control project in Three Gorges Reservoir Region , several suggestions were proposed to led forest resource reach the excellent-level, such as increasing investment and accelerating the forestry construction.
