摘  要:以松毛虫赤眼蜂为对象,对其不同温度条件下的谷胱甘肽硫转移酶比活力进行测定,结果表明:在15℃处理条件下,谷胱甘肽硫转移酶的比活力最低,为6.80±4.71;在35℃处理条件下最高,为98.22±1.76;25℃处理介于两者之间,为32.49±2.60;3种温度条件下的谷胱甘肽硫转移酶比活力存在显著差异(P<0.05),且随着温度的升高比活力显著上升。Trichogramma dendrolimi was taken as objects to measure specific activity of glutathione S -transferase under different temperature conditions , results indicated that the lowest specific activity of glutathione S -transferase was 6.80 ± 4.7 that temperature reached at 15℃, whereas the highest specific activity was 98.22 ±1.76 that temperature reached at 35℃.When temperature reached at 25℃, the value was 32.49 ±2.60.Specific activity of glutathione S -transferase showed significant differences among the three different temperature conditions , and the specific activity increased with the rise of temperature .
