补肾活血汤结合钻孔减压术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床观察

摘　　要：探讨补肾活血汤结合钻孔减压术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的效果分析,为相关治疗提供参考依据.选取2011年1月-2013年6月期间,我院收治的股骨头缺血性坏死患者104例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,观察组（52例）和对照组（52例）.对照组患者给予单纯西医疗法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上使用中西医结合治疗.比较两组患者的疗效、髋关节活动度和疼痛感评分,并加以分析.观察组的总有效率（90.38％）明显高于对照组（73.08％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.在治疗前,两组的髋关节活动度评分和疼痛感评分差别无统计学意义,具有可比性（P＞0.05）,治疗后,观察组的髋关节活动度评分和疼痛感评分明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.补肾活血汤结合钻孔减压术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效显著,且效果长期稳定,达到标本兼治的目的,值得临床进一步推广.Discussion Bushenhuoxue soup combined drilling decompression treatment of avascular necrosis ef-fectiveness analysis, and provide a reference for the relevant treatment. Selected from January 2011 to June 2011,our hospital patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head 104 cases as the research object, the patients wererandomly divided into two groups observation group （52 cases） and control group （52 cases）. Control group trea-ted with western medicine therapy, the observation group based on the use of combining traditional Chinese andwestem medicine treatment. Compare the curative effect of two groups of patients, and the pain scores, hip jointmobility and analysed. Total effective rate （90. 38% ） of the observation group was obviously higher than that ofcontrol group （73.08%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Score before treatment, twogroups of hip joint mobility and pain score difference is not significant, comparable （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, after treatment,the observation group of hip joint activity score and pain score significantly higher than the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Bushenhu0xue soup combined with drilling decompression treatmentof avascular necrosis of the significant effect, and the effect of long-term, stable, achieve the purpose of curing, isworth further promotion in the clinical practice.
