摘  要:目的调查邯郸市居民生活饮用水水碘、水氟含量及分布,为政府决策及防治措施的制定提供科学依据。方法对集中式供水的村采集1份水源水,供水覆盖的村庄随机抽样采集3~4份末梢水;分散供水村庄根据水井的深度,不同的水层分别采集1份水样,测定水碘、水氟含量。结果 16个县共检测水碘3 325份,水碘范围0.1~387.8μg/L,高于150μg/L的有513份,占15.43%;其中乡镇水碘中位数高于150μg/L的有19个,占总乡数的9.09%。水氟测定3 340份,范围0.01~3.90 mg/L,高于1.0 mg/L的有677份,占20.27%。邯郸市西部碘缺乏地区,水碘和水氟与井深成负相关(r=-0.160,F=725.301,P<0.001;r=-0.256,F=1921.482,P<0.001);东部高碘、高氟区水碘与井深成负相关(r=-0.023,F=51.145,P<0.001),水氟与井深成正相关(r=0.261,F=7226.592,P<0.001)。结论邯郸市高碘、高氟分布广泛,现阶段任务是寻找适碘、适氟水源以减少高碘、高氟的危害。Objective Investigating and analyzing the iodine and fluorine content in the domestic drinking water and its distributions in Handan city, to provide scientific basis for the government to establish prevention meas- ures. Methods Collecting 1 sample of source water from villages with central water supply, 3 - 4 samples of peripheral water at centralized water supply village; Respectively collecting 1 sample based on the different 513 samples were greater than 150 μg/L, accounted for 15.43% ; among which 19 water iodine medians in countryside were higher than 150μg/L, accounted for 9. 09% of total villages. 3, 340 samples were detected water fluorine, the values ranged from 0. 01mg/L - 3.90mg/L, 677 values of them were greater than 1.0 mg/L, accounted for 20. 27%. In the iodine deficiency areas at west Handan city, water iodine and fluorine negatively correlated with well depth (r = -0.160, F =725.301, P 〈0.001; r = -0.256, F = 1921. 482, P 〈0. 001 ) ; In the high iodine and fluoride district of Handan east, water iodine negatively corre- lated with well depth (r = -0. 023, F =51. 145, P 〈0. 001 ), water fluorine positively correlated with well depth (r = 0. 261, F = 7226. 592, P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusions High iodine and high fluoride district widely dispersed in Handan city, the major task at present stage is to find optimal iodine, fluorine water to reduce the harm of high iodine and high fluoride.
