摘 要:目的了解石家庄市传疟媒介分布现况,评估该市本地传播疟疾危险性,为进一步开展灭蚊和控制疟疾流行提供科学依据。方法按照《河北省传疟媒介分布调查方案》要求在辖区的平山、藁城两个县各选择5个调查点,采用诱蚊灯法进行调查。结果共捕获蚊虫2 458只,隶属5属18种。其中捕获按蚊4种40只,仅占捕获总数的1.62%,淡色库蚊1 119只,占总数的45.52%。平山县蚊虫以9月份下旬为高峰、藁城蚊虫以8月份上旬为高峰,按蚊活动高峰期在8月上旬。结论传疟媒介蚊虫的种类及数量均较少,石家庄市优势种群为淡色库蚊。Objective To study the status of vector borne malaria distribution in Shijiazhuang, evaluate the risk of local malaria transmission in this city, in order to further develop and provide a scientific basis to kill mos- quitoes and control malaria endemic. Methods According to the requirements of Survey plan of vector borne malaria distribution in Hebei province , in Pingshan county and Gaocheng county , choose 5 investigation spots each, by using the mosquito lure lamp method to investigate. Results A total of 2458 mosquitoes were cap- tured, belonging to 5 generas and 18 species, capture vector anopheles 4 species 40 pieces, accounting for 1.62%, pale culex 1119 pieces, accounting for 45.52% . The density of mosquitoes reach the top in late Sep- tember in Pingshan county, and early August in Gaocheng county, Anopheles activity peak in early August . Conclusions The species and quantity of malaria transmission media were both few, the dominant population of mosquito is Culex pipiens pallens in Shijiazhuang.
