桓台县不同生态环境白纹伊蚊密度监测分析

摘　　要：目的探明桓台县白纹伊蚊孳生习性、成蚊季节消长规律,为防制工作提供科学方法。方法幼虫调查采用勺计数法;成蚊调查采用紫外线灯诱捕法和认账诱捕法。结果幼虫调查显示,城乡结合部、居民区和医院蚊密度较高,公园密度较低,7～9月为高峰;成蚊密度以公园和城乡结合部较高。季节消长明显,峰值出现在8月,呈单峰型。结论桓台县白纹伊蚊在不同环境中均可存在,但密度不同;密度高峰与温度和降雨量呈正相关。Objective Ascertaining the breeding habit of aedes albopictus , seasonal change rules of adult mos- quitoes, to provide scientific methods for the preventing and controlling work. Methods The larvae investiga- tion uses the counting method by spoon ; the adult by the method of ultra - violet lamp and recognize trapping method. Results The aedes albopictus investigation shows, the density is high in rural -urban fringe zone, residential areas and hospital, while is low in the park, the summit occurs in July to September, The density of adult mosquitoes is higher in the park and the rural - urban fringe zone. The seasonal growth and decline is obvious, and the peak appears in August, shows a single peak type. Conclusions The aedes albopictus could survive in all different environment of Huantai county, though the density is different; The density summit has positive correlation with temperature and rainfalls.
