葫芦岛市2012年健康人群脊髓灰质炎抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解葫芦岛市健康人群脊髓灰质炎(简称脊灰)中和抗体水平,为及时制定免疫策略,维持无脊灰状态提供科学依据。方法随机调查葫芦岛市2个县区7个不同年龄组人群420名,采用细胞中和实验法检测脊灰中和抗体。结果被检测的420名人群脊髓灰质炎中和抗体阳性率为98.17%,其中Ⅰ型为99.05%、Ⅱ型为98.33%、Ⅲ型为97.14%,抗体几何平均滴度(gecmetric mean titer,GMT)值分别为1∶109.43、1∶69.16、1∶46.62。结论葫芦岛市健康人群脊髓灰质炎中和抗体阳性率较高,均>95%,显示葫芦岛市健康人群有较高的脊灰免疫覆盖率。GMT也保持在较高水平,已形成抵御脊灰的免疫屏障。Objective To investigate the poliomyelitis （hereinafter referred to as polio） neutralizing antibody level among healthy population in Huludao city, to provide scientific basis for timely development of immuniza- tion strategy, to maintain polio free status. Methods A random survey of 2 counties , 7 different age groups of 420 people, with cell neutralization test method for the detection of poliovirus neutralizing antibodies. Results The positive rate was 98. 17% of polio neutralizing antibody among 420 cases been detected, the type I was 99.05% , type Ⅱ was 98.33% , type Ⅲ was 97.14% , antibody geometric mean titer （geometric mean titer, GMT） = 1 ： 109.43, 1 ： 69. 16 and 1 ： 46.62 respectively. Conclusions The polio positive rate of neutralizing antibody is higher in healthy population in Huludao city , all above 95 %, shows the healthy population in Hu- ludao had higher polio immunization coverage rate. GMT also maintained at a high level, has formed immuni- zation barrier to against polio.
