摘  要:目的研究单室微生物燃料电池(MFC)在间歇运行条件下对COD、NH+4、TP和NO-3的处理效果.方法采用石墨板为阴极,构建了单室空气阴极微生物燃料电池,以混合菌种接种,并以乙酸钠和碳酸氢钠为碳源.结果进水COD质量浓度400~900 mg/L,出水COD质量浓度维持在100 mg/L;NO-3去除率可达到90%以上.单室空气阴极微生物燃料电池可以有效降解污水中的有机物,COD去除率可以达到80%以上,但COD的质量浓度并不是影响MFC电压的主要因素.微生物燃料电池对NH+4和TP去除率都较低,同时表明阳极室中的NH+4和TP并没有参与微生物燃料电池的产电反应,NH+4和TP的质量浓度对微生物燃料电池的电能输出也没有明显影响.结论 MFC对于含NO-3的污水处理效果较好,但去除NO-3的同时对电池的产电效果影响很小.This paper studied the treatment effect of COD, NH4+ , TP and NO3- using single cham- ber microbial fuel cells (MFC). Applying graphite sheets as cathode, mixed bacteria as inoculum and selecting CH3COONa and NaHCO3 as carbon sources, the air-cathode single MFC were con- structed. The removal effect of COD, NH4+ ,TP and NO3- by MFC were studied under discontinu- ous running conditions. Experimental results show that when the concentration of influent COD is between 400 mg/L to 900 mg/L,the concentration of the effluent COD maintains 100 mg/L. The removal efficiencies of NO3- and COD are more than 90% and 80% ,respectively. But the concen-tration of COD is not the main effect factor on the voltage of MFC. It is observed that the removal efficiencies of NH4+ and TP are very low and the concentrations of NH4+ and TP have little effect on the power generation of MFC. Conclusion is that the air-cathode single chamber microbial fuel cells can effectively remove NO3- in sewage, meanwhile, there are little effects on the power gener- ation of cells.
