摘 要:随着含酸性气体腐蚀介质油气田相继被发现开发,酸性气体对油气田金属设备的腐蚀问题也日益严重。酸性气体脱除技术是一项降低腐蚀的常用技术。超重力机是一种高效的强化传质设备,气-液在旋转填料层中充分接触,液相在高度分散、高混合、强湍动以及界面急速更新的情况下与气体以极大的相对速度在弯曲流道中接触,极大地强化传质过程。本文考察了转速、温度、中和剂用量等工艺参数对酸性气体脱除率的影响。实验结果表明随着超重力机转速、温度、中和剂用量的增加,酸性气体的脱除率增加,但增加到某一程度后增长速度缓慢。表明超重力技术在脱酸性气体方面具有良好的工业应用前景。As the development of oil and gas field which contain acidic gas corrosion medium, acidic gas on oil and gas metal equipment corrosion problem is increasingly serious. Acid gas removal technology is a commonly way to reduce corrosion. High gravity machine is efficient mass transfer equipment, which gas-liquid fully contact in rotating packing layer, meanwhile high dispersion, high mixing, strong turbulently, and rapid interface updated cases liquid contact with gas in bending passage with great relative velocity, greatly improve the mass transfer process. Based on kinds of process parameters, like speed, temperature, neutralizing agent dosage etc., this paper analyzes the influence of acid gas removal rate. The experimental results show that with the high gravity machine speed, temperature and the neutralizing agent dosage increasing the acid gas removal rate show up trend. When the process parameters increase to given level, the acid gas removal rate uptrend increase slowly. Through the indoor experiment study show that the high gravity technology is a efficiency way to removal acid corrosion gas.
