通脉除湿中药治疗拇外翻温氏截骨术后前足肿胀的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨通脉除湿中药治疗拇外翻温氏截骨术后前足肿胀的临床疗效。方法:自2013年1月至2013年12月,笔者应用通脉除湿中药治疗拇外翻温氏截骨术后前足肿胀41例(63足),观察术后患者前足疼痛及肿胀变化。结果:治疗组术后前足肿胀较对照组明显减轻,经检验后,P=0.017<0.05,2组间差异有统计学意义。治疗组术后前足疼痛较对照组明显减轻,经检验后,P=0.022<0.05,2组间差异有统计学意义。结论:应用通脉除湿中药治疗拇外翻温氏截骨术后前足肿胀具有很好的疗效,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of freeing-vessel and eliminating dampness type of Chinese medicine treating fore-foot swelling after Wens hallux valgus osteotomy.Methods：Forty one patients have 63 affected feet treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 with forefoot swelling after Wens hallux valgus osteotomy were given freeing-vessel and eliminating dampness type of Chinese medicine.The pain and swelling changes were observed.Results：The forefoot swelling of patients in the treatment group was significantly reduced compared with the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P =0.017 〈0.05）.The forefoot pain of patients in the treatment group compared with the control group was significantly relieved,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P =0.022 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of forefoot swelling after Wens hallux val-gus osteotomy by applying freeing-vessel and eliminating dampness types of Chinese medicine shows a good effect with no adverse reac-tions.It is worth of clinical application.
