摘　　要：相对于苏州、上海、厦门、东莞等城市,温台合作规模有限。温台产业合作应该跳脱传统的以制造业为主的产业合作思维,利用温台独特的资源解决两岸经贸关系深入发展与温州经济发展所面临的重大现实问题。文章探讨了温州通过中小企业融资中心与大陆台商销售中心两条路径抢占两岸经贸关系制高点的可行性与政策尝试。Relative to Suzhou, Shanghai, Amoy and Dongguan, the cooperation scale of Wenzhou and Taiwan is limited. So we should change the traditional idea which is focus on manufacturing cooperation, and solve the significant and practical problems of Cross-strait economic and trade relation, and Wenzhou economic development by using their particular resource. In this article, the writers try to discuss the feasibility and policy attempts of the two paths to seize the high ground including SMES Financing Center and Taiwan Residents Sales Center.
