摘  要:铁路选线是铁路设计中最根本、最重要的工作,是影响全局性的总体工作,线路选线的质量将直接关系到铁路工程建设的可靠性、安全性、技术可行性和经济合理性及社会接纳性,关系到铁路和地方经济社会的发展,因而它是高速铁路建设应重视的首要问题。文中运用三角模糊语言变量,将专家意见转换成三角模糊数并构建模糊决策判断矩阵,再结合层次分析法(AHP)对判断矩阵进行模糊变换和向量计算,然后运用TOPSIS方法计算各方案与理想值的相对贴近度并做出决策。最后以三个方案作为实例进行了验证,进一步为铁路线路方案选择提供决策参考。Railway location is the most fundamental and important work in railway design,which is the overall work affecting the whole. The quality of route location will directly affect the reliability,safety,technical feasibility,economic rationality and social admissibility of railway construction as well as development of railway and local economic sociality. Therefore it is the first question to be valued for rail-way construction. First,use the triangular fuzzy linguistic variables to transform the expert opinion to fuzzy variable and construct the fuzzy decision matrix. Then,apply the AHP to fuzzy transform and vector computing for judge matrix,the TOPSIS is used to calculate the related similarity degree between each scheme and ideal value and make decision. At the end,with the three cases as the instance to veri-fy,provide a decision reference for railway path selection.
