摘　　要：目的了解《医务人员手卫生规范》(以下简称规范)在各级医疗机构的应用情况,加强医务人员手卫生工作,防控医院感染。方法对14家医疗机构的54名医务人员采用问卷的形式进行调查。结果医疗机构部分手卫生设施配备较好,个别设施配备率低;手卫生方法和原则的知晓度部分方法和原则掌握较好,但完全掌握率较低;医疗机构手卫生效果监测工作开展比较规范,医务人员对效果监测标准值的知晓率较高。结论医务人员不同程度存在不重视手卫生和不规范洗手的问题,今后还需加强培训。Objective To obtain the situation of the application of Standards for Hand Hygiene For medical staff in healthcare settings, strengthen the work on medical staff hand hygiene, to prevent and control the infection in hospitals. Methods To do surveys to 54 healthcare workers in 14 medical institutions in the form of questionnaire. Results Part of the medical institutions are equipped with better hand hygiene facilities, while several are not; The methods and principles of hand hygiene are aware well partly, while the whole awareness are not generally lower; Medical institutions medical staff are more highly aware of the hygiene and not washing hands standard the future. hand hygiene supervision conducts relatively following the standards, standards of the effect monitoring.
