PDCA循环在预防儿科实习护士职业暴露中的运用

摘　　要：目的实习护士是职业暴露的高危人群,PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)循环是一种科学的管理方法和工具,本研究探讨采用PDCA循环法对儿科实习护士开展职业安全防护教育的实际效果。方法对某三甲医院儿科实习护士按照PDCA循环实施职业安全防护系统培训和实践教育,监测实习护士职业暴露发生例次、发生部位和处置情况。结果 2010-2012年共321名儿科实习护士纳入研究,其中319名实习护士顺利完成了培训和实践;研究期间实际发生职业暴露共49起,发生率为15.26%;职业暴露发生率从28.24%下降到7.75%,呈现逐年下降趋势。职业暴露主要发生在拔针、皮内皮下肌肉注射、整理器械等环节,暴露后正确处理率逐年提高到100.00%。结论采用PDCA循环对实习护士进行职业安全防护培训教育效果明显。Objective Practice nurses are at high risk of occupational exposure, PDCA （ Plan - Do - Check - Action） cycle is a scientific management methods and tools, this study discussed the actual effect of using the PDCA cycle method on pediatric practice nurses to carry out occupational safety education. Methods To implement the occupational safety protection systematic training and practical education according to the PDCA cycle for a grade 3 and first - class hospital, to monitor the occupational exposure occurrence times, places and the disposal situation of practice nurses. Results There were in total 321 pediatric practice nurses bought into researches during 2010 - 2012, among which 319 completed the training and internship; there were actual 49 occupational exposures happened during the research period, incidence rate was 15.26% ; the inci- dence rate of practice nurses＇occupational exposure decreased from 28.24% to 7.75%, showing a declining trend. Occupational exposure occurs mainly in withdrawal of needles, intramuscular skin muscle injection, clear up equipments and other steps, correct handle rate after exposure gradually increased to 100%. Conclusions The effect of using the PDCA cycle for practical nurses to implement occupational safety protection training education is obvious.
