摘 要:目的了解广西省基本消除疟疾后媒介按蚊地理分布、种群密度及叮人率,为制订防治措施提供依据。方法选择广西省东、西、南、北、中历史上发现较多、按蚊种类疟疾流行较严重的居民点作为调查重点,应用人舍、牛棚通宵全诱捕法、帐内捕蚊法、人工诱捕法3种方法对传疟媒介进行调查,每县至少调查2~3个点。结果在广西省14个县进行按蚊种群调查,共捕获按蚊7种3610只,其中在牛棚共捕获按蚊3025只,构成比为中华按蚊占98.84%、嗜人按蚊占0.50%、日月潭按蚊占0.03%,多斑、嵌斑、可赫、美彩按蚊分别占0.21%、0.17%、0.13%、0.10%;在人舍共捕获按蚊585只,仅捕获中华按蚊一种蚊种。在全州、上思、天峨县开展室外人诱按蚊密度调查,中华按蚊密度为54.37只/顶,嵌斑按蚊密度为0.03只/顶;开展叮人率调查,7月中华按蚊叮人率最高,为49.75只/(人。夜)。所有市县均未捕获微小按蚊。结论中华按蚊为目前广西省主要传疟蚊种,嗜人、日月潭按蚊数量大幅减少,微小按蚊不再是广西省主要传疟媒介。Objective To understand Malaria vector Anopheles geographic distribution, population density and human biting rate of after malaria was basically eliminated in Guangxi province, and provide basis for making control measures. Methods To choose malaria epidemic more serious residents spots from east, west, south, north of Guangxi where found more Anopheles as the investigation emphasis, apply 3 types of methods include people, cow house all night trapping method, artificial trapping method to investigated malaria vectors, at least 2 -3 points was investigated in every county. Results A total of 7 Anopheles species and 3610 were captured in 14 counties of Guangxi, 3025 mosquitoes were captured in the cow house, the constituent ratio of Anopheles sinensis accounted for 98.84%, An. lesteri for 0.50% for 0. 21% , An. ssp for 0.17% , An.. koch for 0.13% An. jeyporiensis candidiensis for 0.03% , An. maculates nopheles were captured in the room, only a specie of An. and An. splendidus for 0. 10% repsectively; 585 Asinensis was captured. To carry out outdoor human baited Anopheles density survey in the 3 counties include Quanzhou, Shangsi and Tiane, the density of An. sinensis is 54.37/net, An. tessellates is 0. 03/net; To carry out the human biting rate survey, display of An. sinensis human - biting rate was the highest in July of 49. 75 (person/night) . An. minimus was not captured in all 14 counties. Conclusions An. sinensis is the main of malaria vector in Guangxi at present, the number of An. anthropophagus and An. jeyporiensis candidiensis dramatically reduced, An. minimus is no longer the main transmission of malaria vectors in Guangxi.
