摘　　要：目的探讨布鲁氏菌病是否可通过医院实验室检验过程感染检测工作人员。方法通过流行病学调查和实验室检测,分析检验人员感染布鲁氏菌病和被检测病例的关联性。结果 2例布鲁氏菌病病例有流行病学间接接触史,多位点可变数目串联重复序列分析(MLVA)检测显示医院检验人员和就诊病例结果菌型一致。结论布鲁氏菌可通过检测病例血液过程中的气溶胶作用而感染医院检验人员,医院应加强院内感染控制和检测人员的规范操作。Objective To investigate whether brucellosis could be transmitted to the inspection personnel. Methods Epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing were used, to analyze the correlation of the inspection personnel infected with brucellosis and cases being detected. Results Epidemiological indirect contact history was found in 2 brucellosis cases, with Mutiple Loci VNTR Analysis （MLVA） showing that bacteria type sam- pled from hospital inspection personnel and clinic cases results were consistent. Conclusions Brucellosis could be transmitted to the inspection personnel by aerosols in detecting the brucellosis case＇s blood, control of hospital - acquire infection and standardized operation of inspection personnel should be strengthened in hospital.
