固化污泥的压缩特性研究

摘　　要：污泥经固化处理后可进行填埋处置,而固化污泥的压缩特性对其的填埋处置有着重要的影响。针对这种问题,开展了污泥中不同水泥添加量的固化污泥的压缩试验,并对比固化淤泥的压缩试验结果,分析固化污泥的压缩特点和压缩机理。结果表明:污泥的压缩特性有其自身的特殊性,其中主要原因是污泥中含有大量的有机物;固化淤泥的压缩特性具有突出特点是存在结构屈服应力,而固化污泥这样的特点表现的不明显,这是因为固化污泥中的有机物对其压缩性有重要影响;随着压缩的进行,固化污泥的胶结结构不断的被破坏,并进行调整、重组、压密,趋于封闭密实,更紧密的方向发展;有机物引起的结合水膜逐渐变薄,有机物起到的连接作用逐渐加强;结合水膜由厚变薄,颗粒的蠕动阻力逐渐增加;这三个方面不断变化的协同调整,以适应外力的变化,逐渐的抑制了固化污泥的变形。Solidified sludge（ SS） could be disposed in landfill disposal. Compression properties of SS has important influence for landfill disposal. A study on compression tests of sludge and different cement amount of SS,a comparison of the results of compression tests of solidified dredged material（ SDM） were conducted to obtain compression properties. Results show that compression characteristics of sludge has its own particularity because of a large number of organics. Compression properties of SDM has the outstanding feature which is the existence of the structure yield stress,and the characteristics of SS are not evident because of aeffects of organics. With the compression process,the cement structure of SS has been destroying,adjusting,restructuring,consolidating which tends to be closed dense. water of hydration caused by organics gradually becomes thin and the connection caused by organics gradually becomes strong. water of hydration increases creeping resistance of particles from thick to thin,Coordinated adjustment from these three aspects adapts to external changes and gradually restrains the deformation of SS.
